Mush-Mush season 2 launching on Canal+, RTBF and RTS!
The Mushables are back! Mush-Mush season 2 is launching in France on CANAL+KIDS (everyday at 8.15am and 3.30pm from Oct. 21st) and myCANAL, in French-speaking Belgium on RTBF (from Oct. 3rd with two episodes every day, Monday to Friday at 5.50 pm) and in Switzerland on RTS (from Oct. 22nd).
MUSH-MUSH SEASON 2 IS LAUNCHING ON CANAL+KIDS
It’s official: the second season of “Mush-Mush and the Mushables” will launch in France in October 2023. The show will be broadcasted by CANAL+, on their channel CANAL+kids. See you in autumn to discover the new adventures of Mush-Mush and his friends!

A SECOND SEASON IS COMING!
Mush-Mush and the Mushables will get a second season! The fantastic news was announced during the Annecy International Animation Festival, and the production will start in September 2021.

Mush-Mush selected FOR THE Providence children’s film festival
Mush-Mush and the Mushables are on their way to the Providence Children’s Film Festival in the US where they have been selected! This event gathers films to inspire the way you think about the world!
This festival will be entirely held online from the 12th until the 21st of February 2021. The episode « Save The Fun Tree », written by Tigran Rosine and directed by Joeri Christiaen will be available to watch HERE.
Mush-mush selected to Kaboom
And BOOM! Mush-Mush and the Mushables is selected to Kaboom Animation Festival in The Netherlands, the one-stop-shop for the latest and greatest in all things animated !

Mush-Mush Awarded at TIAF
Oh my compost! Mush-Mush and the Mushables just won another prize – the Best Series Award at Tbilisi International Animation Festival (TIAF) in Georgia! The event screened « Save The Fun Tree », a fun and touching episode written by Tigran Rosine and directed by Joeri Christiaen.
MUSH-MUSH AWARDED AT ECRAN JEUNESSE FESTIVAL
Mush-Mush and the Mushables has received the Audience Award for Best Animated TV Series (4-6 y.o) and a Special mention for Best Character at Ecran Jeunesse Festival, an event with content for all, big or small!
The first edition of the festival took place in Lourdes, France from the 21st to the 24th of October.
MUSH-MUSH SELECTED FOR THE CICFF
Mush-Mush and the Mushables is selected for the Chicago International Children’s Film Festival (in the Animated TV Series category), one of only two Oscar-qualifying children’s film festivals in the world.
This festival is taking place online from the 13th till the 22nd of November 2020.
MUSH-MUSH SELECTED FOR LA GUARIMBA FILM FESTIVAL
Mush-Mush & the Mushables is selected for La Guarimba International Film Festival in the LA GROTTA DEI PICCOLI Category, in collaboration with UNICEF ITALIA.
The 8th edition of La Guarimba Film Festival will be held from August 7th – 12th, 2020 in Southern Italy. The episode Save the Fun Tree written by Tigran Rosine and directed by Joeri Christiaen, will be screened in a natural cave of La Grotta Park in Amantea.

DISNEY CHANNEL GERMANY ACQUIRES MUSH-MUSH & THE MUSHABLES
Mush-Mush & the Mushables has been sold to The Walt Disney Company Germany by international distributor CAKE Entertainment.
The comedy adventure series produced by THURISTAR (Belgium) and La Cabane Productions (France) in coproduction with CAKE will launch on Disney Channel Germany in the Fall 2021.
Disney Channel joins broadcasters including Piwi+ and Canal+ Family in France, VRT-Ketnet and RTBF in Belgium, RTS in Switzerland and RTL Telekids in the Netherlands as well as an international deal with Boomerang.

MUSH-MUSH SELECTED FOR CARTOONS ON THE BAY
Mush-Mush & the Mushables is selected in the Upper Preschool TV Series category of Cartoons on the Bay (International Showcase), the International Children’s Television Festival promoted by Rai.
The episode entitled “Mushlers to the rescue”, written by Laura Beaumont & Paul Larson and directed by Joeri Christiaen, will be shown during the 24th edition of Cartoons on the Bay, which will be held in Pescara, Italy, from 3 to 5 December 2020.

MUSH-MUSH AT THE NATIONAL ANIMATION FILM FESTIVAL IN FRANCE
Mush-Mush & the Mushables is selected for the kids series programme of the National Animation Film Festival in Rennes, France (as part of the out-of-competition panorama).
The episode Fly, Chase, Fly written by Tigran Rosine and Benjamin Richard and directed by Joeri Christiaen, will be shown at 2pm on April 12th at Cinéma Arvor in Rennes.
Next to this screening, a behind-the-scenes presentation will take place at the French Film School ESRA at 2pm on April 9th : Romain Trimaille and Florian Falcucci, the CG supervisors of the series, will go over the series’ CG production process, using Blender as the main tool.

MUSH-MUSH WINS BEST 3D FILM AWARD AT ANIMATION STUDIO FESTIVAL in L.A.
“Mush-Mush & the Mushables” got selected for the 6th edition of the Animation Studio Festival and has won the Best 3D Film award.
The episode entitled “Race the Beast”, written by Anastasia Heinzl and directed by Joeri Christiaen, was shown on January 24th at the Secret Rose Theater in Los Angeles.
MUSH-MUSH GETS EXCLUSIVE GLOBAL LICENSING AGENT
La Cabane has appointed Copyrights Group as the exclusive brand licensing agent for the animated IP Mush-Mush & the Mushables. London-based Copyrights Group will be responsible for the brand development and licensing & merchandising representation worldwide (excluding Greater China) of the CG comedy adventure TV series created by Elfriede de Rooster and directed by Joeri Christiaen (My Knight and Me).
Mush-Mush & the Mushables is set to premier across 150 territories in 2020. The series is produced by La Cabane and Thuristar, in co-production with Cake, who is distributing the show worldwide.
Mush-Mush & the Mushables will be launched to the industry at Brand Licensing Europe 2019 – Europe’s leading licensing & merchandising event – in London in October 2019.

Mush-Mush and the Mushables has been sold to Turner for an international sale across Europe, Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Asia-Pacific, by distributor CAKE Entertainment.
The adventure comedy series produced by THURISTAR (Belgium) and La Cabane Productions (France) in coproduction with CAKE will air on Boomerang (as well as Cartoon Network, Boing and POGO in select markets) in over 150 countries starting in the Fall 2020.
The deal follows presales to Canal+ and Piwi+ in France, VRT-Ketnet and RTBF in Belgium, RTS in Switzerland and RTL Telekids in the Netherlands.
